I am passionate about delivering high-quality flexible packaging solutions and great service to our customers. I value teamwork, collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I work hard to bring those into everything I do.

In my 13+ years in the flexible films space alone, I’ve developed a strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, slitting, sales efforts, food safety, and the day-to-day realities converters and CPG teams face. I enjoy being part of the process of solving problems, supporting business decisions, and helping customers keep their operations running smoothly.

I’m always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges in the ever-changing flexible films industry. Whether it’s staying current with new materials, understanding what’s happening on the production floor, or improving communication between teams, I’m driven to work the challenge.

Most importantly, I believe the best outcomes come from the passion to want to learn and do better the next day!
